How do I order a Beachsheet?

Online shopping is easy, fast, safe and of course 24 hours a day! First, you can view all products without obligation. If you have chosen a product you can register once, or shop as a returning customer. As a registered customer you have the advantage that you can order quickly. All required data is already stored with your one-time registration. You can check your account to see which orders you’ve placed in the past, what the status of your current order is and what products you have on your wish list. You can also adjust your delivery address.

Do you use a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is the value of the Beachsheet. The minimum order value is the order value to be achieved at least to order. Orders that are below this order value are not possible.

Is my order successful?

Once we have received the order you will receive an order confirmation to the specified email address. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via info@beachsheet.eu, we ‘re glad to help. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to info@beachsheet.eu as soon as possible. We’ll try to satisfy your request. We ask for your understanding that we can not cancel your order after it is handed over to our logistics partner.

How much will the shipping costs be?

The exact shipping costs are visible in the ordering process. The costs depend on a national or international shipment.

Follow my order: where is my package?

Through the track & trace code of UPS you can follow your order at any time via online tracking. In your shipping confirmation, you will receive an email, you ‘ll find a link that allows you to track your order. So you can keep an eye on where your package is. After surrendering to our shipping partner you will receive a package number by mail.
